A small genus of woodland plants from southern United States in the Colchicaceae family. Commomly called 'merrybells' or 'bellwort'. The name derived from 'Uvula' (yes the little thing that hangs at the top of our throat!) meaning 'grape-like'.
Large hanging flared bells sit among graceful arching foliage. A delicately beautiful wood lander!
