Hemerocallis commonly called 'Daylilies', are native to temperate East Asia and have been greatly hybridized leading to some wonderful specimens. These hardy and trouble free perennials come in a wide range of vibrant colours. Individual flowers only last a day hence their common name, but they produce a great number of blooms during their flowering period from early Summer to late Autumn. Ideal for a herbaceous border in full sun and once established are virtually drought resistant.
