NOTHOSCORDUM

With over 90 species this member of the Amaryllidaceae family mostly come from Southern America.

The genus itself is still one with much debate over inclusions, exclusions and variability between Ipheion and other genera. 

Debate asisde, they are a great group of little bulbs for a sunny spot, preferring a slightly acidic soil.
