ARISARUM

Members of the Arum family this genus contains only 3 species. Native to the Mediterranean region these woodland plants have heart shaped decorative leaves and flower spike bearing hooded spathes similar to that of our native ‘green hood’ orchids.  They prefer a moist sheltered situation with dappled shade. Top dress with a small amount of Blood and Bone and only require water if experiencing a dry Spring.
